Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunity
Monica Buletza and Keller Williams Realty Ocean Living are committed to equal housing opportunity. Every person deserves a fair chance to buy, sell or rent a home.
The law
The federal Fair Housing Act makes it illegal to discriminate in housing because of race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), national origin, familial status or disability.
The New Jersey Law Against Discrimination adds further protections, including ancestry, nationality, marital or civil union status, domestic partnership status, gender identity or expression, affectional or sexual orientation, age and source of lawful income, including housing vouchers.
How this site follows it
- Town guides describe places, not people.
- The quiz asks only about lifestyle and home preferences. It never asks about who you are or who lives with you.
- School information links only to official state data from the NJ Department of Education.
- All towns are open to all buyers. We encourage you to explore any community.
